So delicious
This caffeine-free pre-workout is really delicious, I have the sour apple and it is SUPER sour but I love it, it really gives me the kick I need to start my workout. It keeps me going through the toughest workout and I love the fact that I'm not breaking my no-caffeine rule. The only thing I would say is that even though it says stim-free I still get the itchy and tingly skin, I could just be extra sensitive but definitely my favourite I've tried.

Tastes good and mixes well but I don't really see an improvement on the pump, it just makes me itchy and sweaty
